We are proud to share one of our successful ODM projects — a customized PCBA developed for a household space heater. The client required a control board capable of precisely adjusting the heater’s fan speed to enhance comfort and energy efficiency. To meet this need, our engineering team integrated a 0–10V PWM dimming control function, allowing smooth and accurate fan speed regulation.
From concept to mass production, our team followed a structured and transparent process. We began with an in-depth review of the client’s drawings and technical requirements, ensuring every design parameter matched the intended application. Once the schematic and layout were completed, we submitted the design for client confirmation. After receiving approval, we produced the first prototype samples for testing.
Following the client’s test feedback, our R&D engineers optimized several control parameters and refined the circuit performance to ensure reliable operation under different load conditions. The final version was validated and approved by the client, paving the way for mass production.
