This project is an ODM design for a dedicated UV lamp power supply. Due to the limited internal space of the customer's equipment, our engineering team adopted a unified PCB design, integrating 20W, 25W, and 35W power modules on the same-size power board. This allows the customer to flexibly choose different power ratings according to their specific lamp requirements.
During the design process, we fully considered the installation layout and connection methods between the power supply and other electronic components. We optimized heat dissipation, EMC performance, and spatial utilization, ensuring that the power supply can still achieve optimal performance and stable output within the limited space.
